Todd and I are in San Diego for one last night. We leave bright and early tomorrow morning for yet another bus, this time to Campo, CA, about 1.4 miles from the Mexican border.
We arrived by bus on Saturday night. Though we were extremely grumpy and tired, not to mention suffering hideously swollen legs, we very much enjoyed watching the beautiful scenery change over the hours and hours, and hours and hours, and hours and hours...
We have enjoyed being in sunny SoCal, where endless miles of strip malls under blue skies and surrounded by flowers actually had me saying, "isn't it beautiful!" Had a last supper of fish tacos, one last shower, and one last night in a bed.
We hope we will be able to make updates every now and then, but if you don't hear from us please know that we miss you and are thinking of you.
